Florida transfer tax

Florida charges documentary stamp tax on deeds of $0.70 per $100 of consideration (0.7%) in every county except Miami-Dade, where it is $0.60 per $100 (plus a $0.45 surtax on non-single-family sales). The seller customarily pays deed stamps; buyers who finance pay separate taxes on the mortgage.

Miami-Dade County: $0.60 per $100 instead of $0.70, plus a $0.45 per $100 surtax unless the property is a single-family dwelling (§201.031, F.S.). No other local transfer taxes.
